Meet Kristen

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) practicing in San Diego, CA. My clients have described my therapeutic style as warm, validating, and infused with humor. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults and am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who struggle with disordered eating and body image concerns.

I have worked in the mental health and eating disorder field for 10 years. I am a former collegiate athlete and have lived experience with eating disorder recovery.

Outside of the therapy office, you can be sure to find me enjoying the outdoors. San Diego provides the perfect setting for year-round hiking and backpacking — one of the many reasons why I moved here from the east coast. I also love spending time at home with my cat, Fat Rocco. He has been known to make a mid-session cameo from time to time!
